that created e-DENTITY and Raging Dreams – into the visceral, fIBBER (Theatre Gargantua’s most
recent multidisciplinary adventure) is coming back to the Toronto
stage. Premiered in fall 2008, fIBBER
explores the slippery relationship between the truth we instinctively
seek and the untruth our happiness depends on.
Integrating projected animation with live performance, original music featuring a set with 1020 hand-tied knots in 2000 feet of rope, Gargantua’s daring ensemble goes beyond expectation to unravel the sometimes humorous, sometimes haunting inner workings of the human psyche. "There is

this is one you have to see." -eye weekly Director Jacquie PA Thomas returns as does original cast members: Playwright & performer Michael Spence, alongside other Gargantua veterans Joel Benson (LOTR and e-DENTITY for Mirvish Productions), Madeleine Donohue (Raging Dreams, Flux at Summerworks and The Faith Show at the Fringe) and Kat Sandler. New to the cast this time is Toronto actor Tiffany Martin (Dora Award Nomination (Ensemble Cast) for Factory Theatre’s Tough!, Obsidian Theatre’s Black Medea, and The Crush of Beauty, SummerWorks 2009).
